Property Search North East

Property Search North East was established in 2003 in Newcastle upon Tyne as a provider of conveyancing searches such as official local authority searches, regulated local authority searches (personal), environmental reports, plans, conveyance searches and energy performance certificates throughout England and Wales.

Since then our range of searches has increased significantly and we can now offer Anti MoneyLaundering, Compliance, Insurances, Land Registry and Utility Reports.

We have built up strong and trusted relationships with our clients due to our customer first approach, ensuring a job gets done right first time. This is typified by our client recommendations and our reputation is spreading.

Due to our processes and procedures, we have the capability to offer Regulated Personal Local Authority searches with a very enviable 3 – 10 day turnaround depending on local authority (subject to change due to current local authority review of supply of data).

Clients can order their searches utilising our user-friendly search order system found on the order searches page, by emailing a request with address, plan and list of searches required, by phone.

We have recently added search ordering and payment by secure online payment processor Square, to allow us to work directly with investors and the general public who come to us when they need searches in a hurry!

We have an on-line search ordering and storage platform, PSNE Cloud Convey, which also includes a conveyancing quote tool, video conferencing and an app that can be branded up and includes digital ID and e signatures.

Key features of PSNE Cloud Convey

Know where the client’s property is? Know how to find it? The smart address search function and boundary mapping tool ensure that the information is accurate and property specific. With as little as a street name, we can give you the Land Registry property boundary and the size of the site.

Which searches do you need? The recommended search tool gives you the confidence that you’re providing the customer and the lender with everything they need and keeps you covered.

When will you receive the searches? Real time notifications and milestone reporting let you know where your searches are and when they’ll be back.

However, we can return searches in an agreed format for individual users; we know one size does not fit all when it comes to conveyancing!

Where are the searches? Cloud based storage saves you valuable server space and your searches are accessible whenever, wherever and by whomever needs them.

So by providing multiple search ordering systems we keep our clients happy, allowing them to order using the latest cloud based technology or keep it simple using email.

Let us come and demonstrate the benefits of PSNE Cloud Convey. Contact us using either the contact us email form or ring us to schedule a meeting.

Our excellent turnaround and customer service level have also ensured our position as a trusted personal search provider to Northumbrian Water in Northumberland and Tyne and Wear, since 2007 and we also work closely as search providers to a number of panels and other search companies.
