PROPERTY CODES COMPLIANCE BOARD
All our members are registered with, and regulated by, the Property Codes Compliance Board. Please check the PCCB website to confirm the IPSA member firm has up to date PCCB registration.
SEARCH CODE
All IPSA members adhere to the principles of the Search Code.
Lenders (who accept Regulated Searches) will only accept searches that are provided by Search Code registered Search Companies.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY
All members carry a minimum of £2 million Professional Indemnity.
SEARCH WARRANTY INSURANCE
All members are able to provide Specialist Search Insurance per search as stipulated by PCCB rules.
EDUCATION
All members receive regular Industry and Legislation updates at our member Conferences and Training Days.
SUPPORT
The IPSA Executive offers advice and support to all IPSA members.
